With over 5 years of art education experience Allana uses her expertise in fine art, sculpture and ceramics to teach a variety of art forms to K12 audiences.
She also facilitates Professional Development workshops for K12 Art Educators in Central Florida.

Inclusive Programing
Kaleidoscope was LGBTQ+ teen art intensive program at the Rollins Museum of Art that started in retaliation of the Don't Say Gay Bill. This two-week program used an inclusive curriculum to take a closer look at LGBTQIA+ history and sociopolitical issues, fostering a space of respect and acceptance for the diversity of our society.
Allana is the Program Manager alongside Inclusive Curriculum Specialist Jenna Alderiso and Curriculum Developer Molly Fulop. In June 2024 the findings of Kaleidoscope will be presented at AAMG's summer conference "Belong".

Virtual Programing
The Rollins Museum of Art's Studio Saturday videos ensures we can still create art together, even though we are apart! Allana develops the curriculum, records and edits this series of videos that highlights works of art from the RMA collection while providing a fun art making experience for the whole family.
